Carmen Loberg, President, NorTerra Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of David Foster as President, Northern Transportation Company Limited (NTCL) based at NTCL's head office in Hay River, Northwest Territories.
Dave has an Engineering degree and is a Registered Professional Engineer, holds a Masters Degree in Business as well as a Diploma in Naval Architecture. HIs twenty-year career includes a progression of more senior positions in marine-related organizations in Atlantic Canada, the United States and project work in Europe. Most recently he was Vice President of Operations at NTCL based in Hay River.
Dave will be responsible for charting the growth and development of NTCL as it expands its horizons to meet the transportation needs of Canada's rapidly growing northern economy, notably the oil and gas exploration and mining sectors.
