1000 Barge Specifications

NTCL will deliver cargo in order of freight booking (other than vehicles) while giving priority to community construction material and dry goods. NTCL has 2 tugs and four barges delivering freight.

Mr.William [Bill] Duffy is going to assume the position of President NTCL effective September 7,2010. Bill brings with him a wealth of experience from the marine transportation sector, which has included ship board to senior leadership roles with responsibility for managing complex operations. He will be coming directly to NTCL from McKeil Marine Limited, a family-owned, tug and barge company serving the Great Lakes through to the Eastern Arctic where he was Vice President Operations. Previous to this role, he was Senior Manager Marine Logistics with ESSROC Canada which is a division of the Italcementi Group a world manufacturer and supplier of cement and construction materials. Prior to ESSROC, Bill was Director Operations with Upper Lakes Group.
