You must reserve barge space for your sealift cargo before the final cargo acceptance dates for the community to which you are shipping.

This document is a non-negotiable Shipping Receipt evidencing private carriage of goods from one place in Canada to another place in Canada and this document is neither a Bill of Lading nor a negotiable document.

BILL OF LADING (Rev 2004)

This contract may be performed by tug and barge and/or scow and in this Bill of Lading the word "ship" shall include tug and/or barge and/or scow and any substituted vessel, whether owned, chartered or operated by the Carrier and used in performance of this contract.

  • William Smith assumes the role of Vice President, Marketing and Development

    Effective January 20, 2012 William (Bill) Smith has assumed the role of Vice President Marketing and Development. He will focus on the ongoing maintenance of our existing client base while actively pursuing growth opportunities for NTCL. Bill will also continue to be responsible for the logistics planning of our fleet. Customer service will report to him and support him in these goals. Bill has worked for a number of years in the marine industry and brings over 20 years experience to this new responsibility

This year our valued customers will be able to track their shipments online, and register for e-mail alerts indicating when/where their freight is being shipped.
