All customers ship cargo at their OWN RISK OF DAMAGE OR LOSS. Customers must buy cargo insurance for the full value of their cargo or accept the risk of damage or loss. NTCL's liability for any loss or damage incurred during handling or shipping is limited, no matter how the loss, damage or delay is caused, even if by negligence.
